CUSTOMER WALL POLICY


Customers may be placed on the Wesley Yachts Customer Wall for serious violations, repeated policy violations, or behavior that creates a financial, safety, or operational risk.


A customer may be placed on the Customer Wall for:


  1. No-Show / Last-Minute Cancellation — Failing to show up or canceling without following the cancellation policy.
  2. Payment Issues — Chargebacks, fraudulent payments, disputed payments without valid cause, or intentionally failing to pay an agreed balance.
  3. Fraud or False Information — Providing false identification, false contact information, or misleading reservation details.
  4. Property Damage — Intentionally or negligently damaging the yacht, equipment, furnishings, or other property.
  5. Theft — Removing property or equipment from the yacht without authorization.
  6. Unsafe Behavior — Fighting, threatening crew, reckless behavior, or refusing to follow the captain or crew’s safety instructions.
  7. Unauthorized Guests — Bringing additional guests who were not included in the reservation without approval.
  8. Unauthorized Items or Activities — Bringing prohibited items or conducting activities that violate yacht, marina, or applicable rules.
  9. Abusive or Disrespectful Conduct — Harassment, threats, discrimination, or repeated inappropriate behavior toward staff or crew.
  10. Repeated Violations — Multiple policy violations, even if each individual violation is minor.


CUSTOMER WALL STATUS


Placement on the Customer Wall may result in:


  • Future reservations being declined.
  • Additional deposits or verification requirements.
  • Refusal of service.
  • Cancellation of future reservations when permitted under the applicable booking terms.


Wesley Yachts reserves the right to review each situation individually. Placement should be based on documented conduct or a legitimate business reason and should not be used for discriminatory purposes.
