RESERVATION RULES & REGULATIONS

1. RESERVATION & PAYMENT

A reservation is secured once the required deposit/payment has been received. The remaining balance must be paid according to the payment schedule provided at booking.

2. $200 GRATUITY

A mandatory $200 gratuity is added to the reservation total unless otherwise stated on the specific quote. This gratuity covers standard service for the captain and crew.

3. CANCELLATIONS

• More than 7 days before charter: Deposit may be transferred to another available date, subject to availability.

• Within 7 days: Deposit is non-refundable.

• Within 48 hours: Reservation is non-refundable and the full remaining balance may be due.

• Same-day cancellation/no-show: 100% of the reservation total is due and non-refundable.

• Any approved transfer must be used within the timeframe provided by Wesley Yachts.

4. WEATHER & SAFETY

Charters operate weather permitting. If severe weather, unsafe sea conditions, storms, high winds, or other marine conditions make the charter unsafe, the captain and/or Wesley Yachts may cancel, delay, shorten, or modify the charter.

When Wesley Yachts cancels a charter due to unsafe conditions, the guest may be offered a reschedule to another available date or other resolution according to the reservation terms. Normal rain or unfavorable weather alone does not automatically qualify for a refund.

5. CAPTAIN’S AUTHORITY

The captain has final authority over the vessel, route, destinations, stops, anchoring, departure, and continuation of the charter. Routes may change because of weather, marine traffic, water conditions, docking restrictions, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond Wesley Yachts’ control.

6. ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

Guests should arrive 30–45 minutes before the scheduled departure time. Late arrival does not automatically extend the charter. The charter ends at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival.

7. GUEST COUNT

The guest count provided at booking must be accurate. Additional guests may only be permitted if the vessel’s legal capacity and safety requirements allow it and Wesley Yachts approves the change in advance.

8. IDENTIFICATION

A valid government-issued photo ID may be required for the person making the reservation and/or guests when requested.

9. ALCOHOL

Complimentary alcoholic beverages may be provided when included with the reservation. Guests must consume alcohol responsibly and comply with all captain and crew instructions. The captain may restrict alcohol consumption when necessary for safety.

10. FOOD & CATERING

Complimentary appetizers or food may be provided when included in the reservation. Personal chefs, bartenders, catering, and additional food services are subject to separate pricing unless specifically included in the reservation.

11. DECORATIONS

Only approved decorations may be brought aboard. Decorations must not damage, stain, puncture, or otherwise affect the yacht. Glitter, confetti, adhesives, nails, staples, or other damaging materials may be prohibited.

12. DAMAGES

The person who makes the reservation is responsible for damage caused by themselves or members of their party. Guests may be charged for cleaning, repairs, replacement, or other costs resulting from damage or excessive mess.

13. ILLEGAL OR UNSAFE ACTIVITY

Illegal activity, fighting, reckless behavior, harassment, unsafe conduct, or failure to follow captain/crew instructions is prohibited. Wesley Yachts reserves the right to end a charter immediately when necessary for safety or compliance.

14. JET SKIS & OPTIONAL SERVICES

Jet skis, personal chefs, bartenders, and other optional services are subject to availability and additional charges unless specifically included in the reservation. Safety requirements and operator instructions must be followed at all times.

15. DESTINATIONS & ITINERARY

Requested destinations are not guaranteed. Planned locations may include Millionaire’s Row, Biscayne Bay, Star Island, Picnic Island, scenic cruising, and sightseeing. The final itinerary is determined by the captain based on safety, weather, marine traffic, and operating restrictions.

16. CHARTER TIME

The charter begins and ends at the times listed on the reservation. Complimentary time, if provided, must be specifically stated on the reservation. Additional time may be available at an additional charge and must be approved by Wesley Yachts.

17. PERSONAL BELONGINGS

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Wesley Yachts is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

18. SAFETY

All guests must follow instructions from the captain and crew. Safety equipment must remain accessible and may not be moved or misused.

19. WEATHER-RELATED CHANGES

Weather conditions can change quickly. Even when a charter begins in acceptable conditions, the captain may alter the route, return to the dock, or end the charter if conditions become unsafe.

20. FINAL AUTHORITY

Wesley Yachts and the vessel’s captain reserve the right to make reasonable operational decisions necessary to protect guests, crew, the vessel, and comply with applicable maritime requirements.

By completing a reservation with Wesley Yachts, the guest acknowledges and agrees to the reservation rules and regulations above.
